Cookly is an intelligent application created at Centro ¡Supérate! Provivienda that helps turn the ingredients you have in your fridge into delicious meals. The idea came up while the team was looking for a real and everyday problem to solve: food waste.
We combined our passion for technology with a genuine desire to solve a real problem: food waste. Cookly bridges the gap between technology and everyday cooking, making sustainable living accessible, fun, and practical.

We came together as a team and considered the ideas of each of our members.
Saray proposed the idea of “Cookly,” and everyone loved it. Then, we asked Darleydis to create the Cookly logo.
Astrid and Rubí started creating the Cookly website based on the designs made by the marketing team.
We faced difficulties during the development of the website's features and also experienced communication problems within the team, but we managed to solve them.
We implemented a smarter filtering algorithm and refined the responsive mobile design.
Cookly was born — a functional, beautiful app that helps users cook smarter and waste less.
We had problems with some website features and the recipe filtering system, so we spent several hours programming and finding solutions together.
We learned how to organize ourselves better as a team in order to balance school, assignments, and deadlines.
It took us an entire Expo Logros class to choose the right colors and designs to make Cookly look modern, but also welcoming and easy to use.
We learned that making mistakes is part of the process and that teamwork and persistence helped us find better solutions.
